Delivery & Returns

We offer FREE and FAST UK Mainland Delivery on all products seen on the website.

Once the order is received, we aim to dispatch the orders by the same or next working day depending on the day and time of order receipt. You will receive an email confirmation for order dispatch with the courier tracking details to track the whereabouts of your parcel and re-schedule or arrange a collection as per your convenience. Failure to respond to the courier's card will result in your products being returned to us and an additional postage charge will be incurred.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a series of notifications to update you on the progress of your order whilst in transit. You will also receive a unique tracking number by email to allow you to track your parcel’s progress online.

Ordered multiple items?
Your ordered products will be shipped together or individually depending on the item. We will ensure to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In rare situation, we will inform you if an item is temporarily out of stock.

Hassle Free Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a no hassle returns policy and you may return your purchase for any reason within 28 days.

Please request for returns through Returns Form with order details, you will then receive a returns number that must be specified in the returns package. Upon receipt of the returns made as per our returns policy, full product price will be refunded back.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete in as sold condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.

You must organize the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and a returns authorization number. The returns authorization is valid for up to 28 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorization will not be accepted.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Generally, refunds are processed in less than 7 working days.

Faulty or wrong item received

If the item received is faulty and has a manufacturer's defect, please fill in the returns form and provide us your order number, details of the defect and whether you would like a full refund or replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

If the item received differs from what was originally ordered i.e. (Size, Color etc.), please fill in the Returns Form with your order number, details of the discrepancy and whether you would like a refund or replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

Missing an item

If you are missing an item, check your order to confirm that all the items in your order have been dispatched. Frequently items are coming from different warehouses and due to availability may not always arrive together.

If the missing item in question has dispatched, check your order using tracking Id where you can find the most up-to-date delivery information.

If your item is lost, please contact us so that we can get your item(s) to you as soon as possible.
