Once the order is received, we aim to dispatch the orders by the same or next working day depending on the day and time of order receipt. All deliveries will require a signature. If no one is available at the delivery address, a card will be left with contact details for the courier and a response must be made within 7 days. Estimated Time of Arrival
You may receive an email or text message, depending on your delivery notification preferences, from our nominated courier on the day that your parcel goes out for delivery, advising you of the time slot in which you can expect to receive your order at your chosen delivery address. Please note that the time slot issued is only an indication of the time your parcel will arrive and we cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries by our courier service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a series of notifications to update you on the progress of your order whilst in transit. You will also receive a unique tracking number by email to allow you to track your parcel’s progress online.

Home Linen Store is committed to selling high-quality products but we understand that there may be a time when you need to return something you’ve bought. We offer a Money-Back Guarantee and you have the right to return your purchase within 30 days from delivery. Please request for returns through Returns Form with order details, you will then receive a returns number that must be specified in the returns package. Upon receipt of the returns made as per our returns policy, full product price will be refunded back.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete in as sold condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
You must organize the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and a returns authorization number. The returns authorization is valid for up to 30 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorization will not be accepted.

All your credit card details are entered into Sage Pay’s own secure server that then processes and store all your details in their data centre. We only get the payment and a reference to deal with any payment queries.

Unfortunately, we do not have a brochure, all of our products can only be viewed on our website.Our ranges change very often due to different styles and trends so any physical catalogue would soon go out of date.
